May Ipsy Glam Bag!

Hello, world!  The last time you heard from me, I was probably bitching about how my May Ipsy bag got lost in the mail and how I had lost all faith in the USPS.  I am happy to report that Ipsy very kindly sent me a replacement bag and it came last weekend!  So I just want to say that Ipsy absolutely has awesome customer service.  Don't believe the mean comments that people leave on their Facebook because they rock!  There were a couple of disappointments in this bag, but the good definitely outweighs the bad.  Let's have a look!
May Ipsy Glam Bag.
May's theme was "Spring Fling," but I didn't get my bag until June and I think I can speak for all of Florida when I say it should be "Summer Fling."  I immediately had swamp ass when I stepped outside to take these pictures, so they were a little rushed.  It's HOT!

Sweaty Yaby concealer in Pecan.
One of the most controversial items in May's bag was the Yaby concealer!  This was the first month that Ipsy attempted to match a product to skintones (or did they even attempt?), and from what I've read online about 90% of Ipsters did not get a correct match!  I'm not sure if I received Pecan because mine was a replacement bag and that's all that was left or if that's what I was really matched to.
Pacifica Perfume Roll-On in Island Vanilla.
Ipsy sent out two flavors of Pacifica's roll on perfumes.  I got Island Vanilla and the other option was Tahitian Gardenia.  I would've been happy with either, but I love vanilla!  Yay!  This has a very sweet smell, but it's not buttercreme-y.  It definitely smells like a vanilla flower and puts me in a happier mood every time I sniff it!  My only issue is that the scent doesn't last on me, but I get that with most Pacifica products.  I still love them!
Pacifica Coconut Crushed Pearl Luminizing Body Butter.
One of the items I was most looking forward to from my other bag was the Luminizing Body Butter from Pacifica!  I am so happy that Ipsy was able to send me another!  Along with vanilla, coconut is one of my other favorite scents.  This smells sweeter than what a coconut scented sunscreen might smell like.  It is awesome!  I took a photo of the ingredients; I hope you can read them.  This body butter contains papaya, goji fruit, passion fruit, and pineapple extracts.  AND coconut oil and pearl powder!  As always, Pacifica is cruelty free!  Send me more Pacifica, Ipsy!
Yummy ingredientz.
This body butter has a shimmery finish.  I took a couple of photos to illustrate.  You can get a pretty subtle effect with just a dab.  I love it!
Not rubbed in all the way.

Rubbed in all the way.  This makes me feel like I'm in a Jennifer Lopez video!
I was also really looking forward to my first nail polish from Zoya!  I got Gei Gei, which is a light pink shimmer.  Not a unique color, but I'm excited to try Zoya's formula.
Zoya Gei Gei from the Spring 2013 Lovely Collection!
I was so pumped about my May Ipsy bag because I was chosen to receive the Urban Decay Moondust eyeshadow.  And I was so sad when it never came in the mail.  But Ipsy righted it and sent me a replacement.  I got Intergalactic, a purple with silver shimmer!
Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Intergalactic.
I've been all about galactic themes this year so I thought the packaging was super cute.  There were little stars inside the box!
Cute.
Urban Decay's Moondust shadows are highly pigmented and waaay metallic and glittery.  Keep scrolling for a shiny swatch!
Intergalactic pan pre-swiped.

I lightly swiped my finger across Intergalactic.  This could get pretty intense with a heavier hand!  Wow!
I was originally getting a Juice Beauty gloss in my bag, but I guess Ipsy ran out of those because they sent me a Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie lipgloss in Daredevil.  Looks familiar, right?  That's because I already got this back in November's bag!  I wish I would've gotten something new to me, but I am so pleased with my other items that this gloss will just go in my pile of stuff to give away.  Oh well!
I forgot to include this in the first pic of the entire bag.  Oops.  Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie lipgloss in Daredevil.
This bag rocks.  I especially love the Pacifica items and the Urban Decay Moondust shadow.  And the chevron print bag is so much cuter and less cheap looking than previous bags.  Sadly most of the offer codes from the May partner brands were expired by the time that I got my bag, not that I needed to spend anymore money anyways!  June's sneak peeks have already been released, which include an animal print bag (yay!), and lipliner, a full sized Nyx blush (yay again!), and a glitter gel cream palette thing.  If you are interested in joining Ipsy, I think you should use my referral link!  It's $10 each month and is a fantastic way to try new products!
